Although SCI has made efforts in other areas to reduce workers’ compensation costs, our significant reduction in expenses is largely due to ART’s program. OSHA VPP auditors called this program a Best Management Practice after auditing Sanmina-SCI.SCI
Since we implemented the ART® corporate solutions program, our recordable injuries
have plummeted. We went from six MSD claims to zero within a year. This is the
